ECF producer Paul Welsh established DigiCult in 2001/2. Over the last decade, the short film strand has grown into one of the most successful independent talent development organisations in the UK.

Managed and developed 1:1 by Paul, Incubator is DigiCult’s first feature film development slate with emerging Scottish talent.

After a national call for long form proposals in Spring 2011, five feature ideas were selected for development by the company: The Last Man In Europe (Norman Bissell), Isobel (Sam Firth), Cape Wrath (Marcus Harbern), Night of The Wolf (Gregor Johnstone) & Persevere (Tom McCarthy)

These projects will be presented to market 2012-13.
